Prof Pierre de Vos delivered a lecture on LGBTI rights in South Africa
On January 14th 2016, Professor Pierre de Vos delivered a lecture on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex (LGBTI) rights in South Africa at Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland. The lecture examined the South African Constitutional Court’s views on equality, same sex marriage and the LGTBI community’s “right to be different.” The lecture was held in the School of Law Moot Courtroom and was attended by students, faculty and members of the Cleveland legal profession.
